It's #SelfieSunday This #MotivatedMonday


Yes folks there are some days when I just forget the routine. I didn't take a single picture on Saturday and remembered on Sunday. Stuff happens yanno? On the whole "stuff happens" I also had to put all of my files on my Onedrive because I was changing over to a new computer, and guess what happened? It crashed my Surface, so that the picture I took on Sunday was lost in the nether. So technically this is the #SelfieSundayDoneOnMonday picture. Then the picture I took on Sunday magically appeared. Better luck next week huh?

Well what is unique about this week is I started a new deal with myself to see if it works and you all get to come along for the ride. Whether a tremendous success or a horrendous failure, you at least know that I am willing to be a power of example in either direction, so here goes. For the next 30 days I am going to change my workout routine everyday. As an example, yesterday was Back & Shoulders day so below I posted what I did. Thanks to the magic of Notes of course. Thursday when I do Back & Shoulders again I will do a different workout, and attempt to do this for the entire month, which isn't as easy as it sounds. Wish me luck, because as usual I am going to need it.
